I function best when I am in motion. Some of the activities that are most helpful are:

Physical Activity

Daily engaging in at least one of the following physical exercises: health club regime, yoga, hiking, bodywork, dancing, even eye exercises.

Brain Gym

The physical exercises and approach of Brain Gym, which uses muscle testing, energy work and postural alignment, are very useful for grounding the dyslexic energy.

Creative Activities

Drawing and using color, exploring ideas and concepts, moving to music.

Interchange with People

Exploring concepts, creating solution, selling ideas, organizing large-scale projects and activities, teaching, learning by teaching.
